The short version: you use PerpEly at your own risk, you must be allowed to under your local law, and we can pause the service.
Eligibility
You must be of legal age where you live and not be resident in a jurisdiction where trading leveraged crypto products is prohibited. You are responsible for checking this.
The service
PerpEly gives you a SOL balance and executes launches, trades and perp positions on the Elysium chain on your behalf.
Fees
Launch: about 0.02 SOL. Trading: the coin's fee, 1% to 10%. Perp: 0.1% per trade and hourly funding. Withdrawals: Solana network fee only. Fees are shown before you confirm.
No warranty
The service is provided as is. We may pause launches, trading or withdrawals during an incident. We are not liable for losses from price moves, liquidations, chain outages, bugs or third party failures.
Changes
We can change these terms; continued use means you accept the new version.
